PROFESSOR

Qualification:- First class B. pharm with Master’s Degree in Pharmacy in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. with Ph. D degree in any of Pharmacy subjects.

Essential:- 10 years experience in teaching in PCI approved / recognized Pharmacy College or research experience out of which 5 years
must be as Associate Professor in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Qualification:- First Class B. Pharm with Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy. A PCI recognized Pharm. D degree holder shall also be eligible for the posts of Associate Professor in the subjects of pathophysiology, pharmacology and pharmacy practice.

Essential:- 3 years experience in teaching or research at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy
College.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Qualification:- First Class B. Pharm. with Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy. A PCI recognized Pharm. D degree holder shall also be eligible for the posts of Assistant Professor in the subjects of pathophysiology, pharmacology and pharmacy.

(i) All pharmacy teachers must possess a basic degree recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India in
pharmacy obtained from an examining authority (University) approved by the Pharmacy Council of
India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act,1948.
(ii) The candidate should be registered in the register of pharmacists maintained by a State Pharmacy
Council.
